Speed would come back for a few minutes then back to 1/10 of its speed. I’m located in Laguna Niguel 92677. Edit: internet speed is fine again this morning when I woke up around 4AM 3/25/2020. Nothing was changed. No news from Cox whatsoever about what happened last night. Edit 2: internet went down again @7:15PM 3/30/2020.
